Speech-Language-Pathologist, CFY, Speech-Language-Pathologist-Aid Requirements:
- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 2 years experience with the pediatric population
Your tasks will vary depending on your client and the nature of the problem. However, you’ll typically need to:
- identify the speech and communication difficulty or disorder;
- assess the cause and nature of the problem;
- devise and deliver a suitable treatment plan, working on a one-to-one basis or in groups or co-treat;
- review and revise the program/treatment plan as appropriate;
- monitor and evaluate your clients’ progress;
- write confidential SOAPs and reports;
- manage a caseload while taking into account priority cases, waiting lists, successful outcomes, referral and discharge of service users;
- work within a team to improve the effectiveness of service delivery
- make appropriate referrals when necessary
At a more senior level, you’ll need to:
- conduct personal development reviews with colleagues;
- support newly qualified SLPs and speech and SLPAs;
- plan and deliver training sessions;
- undertake clinical audit;
- System advancements and CEU involvements;
- participate in research projects
Occupational Therapist Requirements:
- A minimum of Master’s degree
- A minimum of 1 year experience with the pediatric population

BCBA Responsibilities:
- The BCBA will be responsible for conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans for behavior therapy patients.
- The BCBA will be responsible for assessments and possible diagnosis of autism and/or other pervasive developmental disorders.
- The BCBA will work amongst an integrated team of professions including but not limited to speech therapists, occupational therapists, MFT, ABA therapists, school staff etc.
- The BCBA-Clinical Director is responsible to maximize every contract and oversee contract fulfillment in all cases.
- The BCBA-Clinical Director will administer assessments for clients and will be responsible for writing clear and relevant goals for client development.
- The BCBA-Clinical Director will be the team leader working successfully with parents, guardians, students, behavior therapist, case managers, and CSH directors to ensure the client’s goals are met on a monthly basis.
- The BCBA-Clinical Director will model and train appropriate teaching strategies to therapist, parents, and guardians.
- The BCBA-Clinical Director will provide consultation to parents, guardians, IEP team, and behavior therapist in order to help develop skills for the child’s ongoing success.
- The BCBA-Clinical Director will be available to respond to communications regarding client or company related issues.
- The BCBA-Clinical Director will be responsible for client progress reports with recommendations for future goals.
Qualifications :
- Masters Degree in psychology or other related field from an accredited university
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the design and implementation of behavioral intervention services
ABA Therapist Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary interventionist in the education/treatment of children with autism, ADHD, Downs Syndrome, behavioral and academic challenges.
- Implement treatment plans to support acquisition of social, communication, academic and daily living skills.
- Assist with assessment and implementation of behavior management plans; record and help analyze data on a daily basis.
- Participate in group and individualized training meetings on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- Energetic, animated, and outgoing, with a passion for helping children achieve their true potential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, creative, and dependable.
- Comfortable working with children who display behavior challenges.
- Completion of one year experience in the special needs field.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver license.
